Go Ice Skating At The Harris Pavilion

Ice skating is one of the most classic holiday images, but how often do you actually get to participate in the activity? Thankfully, the Harris Pavilion in the heart of downtown Manassas turns into a public ice-skating rink each winter! Go ahead and lace up your skates and enjoy an afternoon or evening of skating.

Public Skating Hours

Hours for the remainder of 2019 include:

• Monday – Thursday: 3 – 9 p.m.
• Friday: 3 – 10 p.m.
• Saturday: 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Hours for 2020 skating hours are:

• Monday – Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday – Thursday: 3 – 8 p.m.
• Friday: 3 – 10 p.m.
• Saturday: 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• Sunday: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Extended Holiday Skating Hours

As many folks in town will have time off for the holidays, the Pavilion is offering extended hours through the New Year, as well as for Martin Luther King Day and Valentines’ Day.

• Dec 22: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
• Dec 23: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Dec 24: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Dec 25: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Dec 26, 27, 28: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Dec 29: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
• Dec 30: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Dec 31: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Jan 1, 2, 3: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Jan 20: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Feb 13: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Feb 14: 12 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Skating Lessons

If you’re in need of a 2020 resolution, why not learn how to ice skate? The Harris Pavilion offers skating lessons in two four-week sessions on Saturdays from January 4 – 25 and February 1 – 22. The lessons cost $80 per session/lesson. You can register for lessons here!
