I took my 2023 Toyota here for maintenance. I prefer their facility compare to the one in Arlington. Their facility is clean and spacious and I have never had any problem scheduling. The people at service reception were polite and kind. Marcel was honest in reminding me that I have a Toyota Care Plus for couple more years. When I brought my car here last year, the gentleman who processed my service was kind enough to let me use their shuttle and gave me a ride home. But this time I asked for shuttle service and Marcel said they only provide one when it is less than 6 miles and it is $15 to rent a car. But I ended up getting an uber instead. When I checked google maps, it turns out I am only 5.4 miles. I wished he checked my address or where I am heading. But I will tell them next time. I just wish that any car service facility offer shuttle services especially to repeat customers for loyalty.

I’m really impressed with the service at Miller Toyota, especially with one of their mechanics, Cruise. He’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was going to do with my 2012 Camry. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. My car was returned to me clean and running perfectly! Totally impressed. I’m diligent about keeping up with my maintenance and Miller Toyota is the only place I trust to take care of my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for service on Wednesday, and unfortunately, during the visit, about $1500 worth of damage was done to the side panels. While that could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, what followed is the reason I’m giving Miller Toyota a five-star review. Mark Taylor, the Service Manager, stepped in immediately and took full ownership of the issue. By Thursday, he had already ordered the replacement panels, and by Friday, they were installed—personally handled by Mark himself. I didn’t have to argue, negotiate, or chase anyone down. Mark was honest, proactive, and completely solution-focused from the start. To the management or ownership of Miller Toyota: please recognize Mark Taylor for his outstanding professionalism and dedication to customer service. He turned a bad situation into a great customer experience.

I'm extremely happy with Miller Toyota. I bought a 2025 Tundra from them and I couldn't be happier. They are not pushy like other dealerships. Make sure to see Luis. He is absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the whole process. He walked me through all the features of my truck.

We had a great experience here working with Gary R. He's very knowledgeable about the Toyota Land Cruiser and was able to immediately answer all of the questions we asked. We've had experiences at other dealerships in general where they were not as familiar with the products and had to go "look it up." I recommend working with Gary if you are interested in a Toyota.

I've been a customer since I bought my car in 2017. It was the best decision I ever made. I love my car and the care that I have at Miller Toyota, in Sudley Road, Manassas, Virginia 20110. When I take my car for inspections and or maintenance, I have great support with the gentlemen that I've being seeing for a while. Their names are Mr. Jeff Nanfelt and Mr. Cecil Hager. I trust their expertize and professionalism. They are experienced and honest people. My car is my baby! :-) and it feels so good to have them helping me to assure that, number one, I'll be safe. Keeping the maintenance in you car is extremely important. I want to be safe around others when I drive. Their prices are reasonable. As a responsible customer, I also have to do my job, means, as long as you are taking your car for regular maintenance, you will not be surprised and or upset with some expenses through the years of having a car. Nothing lasts forever, BUT, if you take your car regularly for them to check, you will not have to pay so much money at once to keep it running, literally. And no, I am not advertising them for profit, is just a real fact over the years of having my car since 2017 and still runs like is new! I love you guys and the people in the back that check my car top to bottom. :-)

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new car from Miller Toyota, and I can't recommend them enough. The online price of the vehicle was exactly the price I paid at the dealership no hidden fees or surprises. That level of honesty and transparency goes a long way. Mike, my salesman, was incredibly accommodating, taking the time to understand my situation and ensuring everything worked out seamlessly. I was out of state, but I was able to complete the purchase and trade-in without any issues. The entire team was professional, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the process as easy as possible for me. They guided me every step of the way, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with each part of the transaction. If you are in the market to buying a Toyota Camry, I would highly recommend that you go visit Kelvin, as he is the best person that I found to have an in depth knowledge on the different model types, very helpful before purchase in answering all my queries and extremely supportive during the on boarding process, after my purchase of the Camry 2025 XLE. Got a Yaris here - very happy with it after 14 years and 130,000 miles - still running great and cheap to maintain - spent less on this car than any car I've ever owned. Only thing that went bad at all is a leak in the topete (that's what the call it in South Africa I found out from a tow truck driver that towed a corolla for me one time that had a alternator go bad at 188,000 miles - the corolla died at 220,000 miles) , or valve cover gasket (what they call it in US). Tow truck driver from South Africa was very impressed by the Yaris and said very good car - (he owned a car lot and had 10 people working for him in South Africa so I think he knows - he was very good at diagnosing the Corolla problem also great tow truck driver if you can get him - he lives somewhere near Ashburn where I broke down with the Corolla - works for AAA)). Yaris still going strong after 14 years, best luck I've ever had with a car so far -
