Recently purchased a custom 2026 4Runner TRD Sport Premium. Mir was so helpfully during the whole process. Once my 4Runner arrived and was ready for pick up, he went above & beyond by setting up balloons as a surprise from my family! Mir gave me the BEST experience I’ve ever had while working with a dealership. Can’t wait to come back to purchase my son’s vehicle in two years.

After my experience at this specific Toyota I would recommend them to anyone!! They went above and beyond for me, they actually work really hard for their customers and show much more care than most. I truly appreciate them for helping me get such a safe and reliable vehicle at a price that won't leave me struggling with payments, and am relieved I won't have to worry about breaking down all the time now (made a mistake choosing a cheap Ford last time, cost more in the long run). They were extremely thorough when reviewing terms where most dealers try to rush customers through that part. Plus even after the sale was finalized by which point I'm sure they were ready to go home, they still took the time to help me learn and configure the features of my new car. From start to finish they were more helpful, professional, honest and efficient than all the other places I had gone to before. So you might just want to go here first and save yourself the stress 🙂

Irwin helped me when my Toyota RAV4 2017 had to re-establish ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assisted Systems) repair and reset. This was, partially covered by Insurance. Irwin did a great job working with the Insurance company resulting in reducing my out of pocket expense. Excellent and timely in communication, and thorough in details, Irwin checked all systems functionality in a test-drive with me after repair completion. Kudos to Irwin for a highly professional job. Had a positive buy experience. Ahmad Samadi was great. Bought Toyota Corolla 2026. He gave us all the information to make our decision. He marketed extra products but not to the point it was irritating. Definitely a positive guy. Friendly and hospitable. Jeff Tabb was very helpful over the phone who gave me out the door price for the vehicle I was interested in.

Got a Yaris here - very happy with it after 15 years and 130,000 miles - still running great and cheap to maintain - spent less on this car than any car I've ever owned. Only thing that went bad at all is a leak in the topete (that's what the call it in South Africa I found out from a tow truck driver that towed a corolla for me one time that had a alternator go bad at 188,000 miles - the corolla died at 220,000 miles) , or valve cover gasket (what they call it in US). Tow truck driver from South Africa was very impressed by the Yaris and said very good car - (he owned a car lot and had 10 people working for him in South Africa so I think he knows - he was very good at diagnosing the Corolla problem also great tow truck driver if you can get him - he lives somewhere near Ashburn where I broke down with the Corolla - works for AAA)). Yaris still going strong after 15 years, best luck I've ever had with a car so far -

Service, is always at its best.

I took my vehicle there to get a small problem fixed. There was a miscommunication between the scheduling department and the service department. I was upset and left disappointed. I received a call from the service department managers (Jeff and Mark). They were outstanding. They immediately rescheduled me for an appointment, had the necessary parts, and went above and beyond what was expected. This may have been the best customer service experience I have ever had. I can't recommend Miller Toyota enough.
