Very impressed with your service team, thank you! Brought my Scion FR-S in for making a bad "rattling in the engine" sound. Turns out the short block is shot. Always Great Service
I love that Cecil Hager (and my previous guys Rocky Jones and Mark Taylor) and the service team always gives me and my highlander personalized attention. They always answer my questions in terms that I understand without making me feel stupid. I love that they always have my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time if not sooner! If there is any doubt that they won't have my car ready around my schedule they offer me loaner cars which are always free of charge with the exception of filling the used gasoline. I appreciate the attention to detail and the respect of not taking advantage of my money or my time. I will continue to bring my Toyota here for service and will likely purchase another car off their lot.

Good service at pull in, check in, while waiting. The only time I needed to come back after service was to have one of the guys turn off my maintenance notification. I've had my 2 Toyota Camrys consecutively since 2011.
