Toyota Camry XLE V6 vs. Lexus ES 350: Luxury for Everybody

2015 Toyota Camry XLE vs. 2015 Lexus ES 350

What’s in a name? Luxury brand cars, like Lexus, are often assumed to be superior to standard vehicles, but are comparable in many significant ways. Before you shell out the extra cash, compare the 2015 Toyota Camry XLE V6 to the 2015 Lexus ES 350. You may find that Miller Toyota in Manassas has just the vehicle you are looking for.

Performance

Under the hood, it is difficult to tell these two cars apart. Both the 2015 Camry XLE V6 and 2015 ES 350 are powered by a 268-horsepower, 3.5L V6 engine and 6-speed automatic transmission, delivering 248 lb-ft of torque. Equally powerful and equally efficient, both vehicles get up to 21/31 mpg*. The same 17-inch BSW All-Season Tires keep both the Toyota and the Lexus firmly on the road. While both vehicles have standard Heated, Power Adjustable Side Mirrors, only the 2015 ES 350’s integrate turn indicators therein. Standard Daytime Running Lights make sure others see both vehicles, but the 2015 Camry XLE’s headlights are LED, while the 2015 ES 350’s headlights are merely halogen.

Safety

Braking on the 2015 Camry XLE is assured by Toyota’s Star Safety System, which includes Brake Assist, Electronic Brake-force Distribution, Anti-lock Braking System, Vehicle Stability Control, Traction Control, and Smart Stop Technology. The 2015 EX 350 shares these safety features, as well as an advanced airbag system, with the Toyota. Advanced safety technologies are available for both vehicles. These driver-assistive technologies include Pre-Collision System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert, and Automatic High Beam. A standard rearview camera helps the 2015 Camry XLE and 2015 ES 350 maneuver parking decks and driveways with aplomb.

Features

As is to be expected, the 2015 Lexus ES 350 offers expensive luxury interior materials. Nevertheless, the 2015 Toyota Camry XLE is well-appointed and features many desirable convenience and comfort features. Leather-trimming and multi-stage heated and power-adjustable front seats will leave Camry drivers perfectly satisfied. In fact, the Toyota’s standard heated front seats are only optional on the Lexus. Voice-activated controls and a navigation system with real-time traffic information are also standard on the Toyota but not on the Lexus. Standard on the 2015 Camry XLE and 2015 ES 350 are Smart Key System with Push Button Start, Bluetooth technology, Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, universal garage door opener, and auto on/off headlights. Qi Wireless Charging is only available for the Toyota.

Be luxurious and sensible with the 2015 Toyota Camry XLE V6, available at Miller Toyota in Manassas, Virginia.
