I took my 2023 Toyota Highlander to the Miller service department today due to the car suddenly shaking and vibrating at highway speed. They were able to get me in for an immediate appointment and were kind enough to thoroughly clean my wheel wells and tires of snow/ice from the recent storm, which can cause the tires to be unbalanced (who knew). A scary situation with an easy solution and they did not make me feel silly for bringing it in. I'm very grateful for the service manager who personally checked the tires himself. Would definitely bring our Toyota here again!

My husband and i decided to purchase a 2025 Toyota Corolla SE with the help of Kelvin Vazquez with toyota Miller in manassas and it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE HAD AND THE BEST DECISION THAT WE MADE ! A fast and clean and honest process without hidden fees or surprises NO LIES , NO SCAMMING!!! Not like Toyota in woodbridge horrible experience they tried to scam us with interest rate price of the car and lied so many times I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA IN WOODBRIDGE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY AND TIME ! I brought my 24 GR Corolla in after I’ve noticed two issues in my car which one was an obvious issue the other one not so much. I previously took it to another dealer who didn’t do anything about my issues and thankfully the service department at Miller Toyota actually took the time to look into my car. They fixed my car and gave me a car to use while mine was being fixed and thankfully my car is back in good condition. James was very attentive and made sure to contact me about the progress of my car. I would bring any unique Toyota like Supras or GR Corollas here for sure since they were actually able to find out the problem and leave my car in perfect condition. I would recommend the dealership for anyone needing maintenance or wanting to find a new Toyota as my father has had excellent experience with his Tacoma that he purchased from them. Also, the loaner car they gave me was very clean and well maintained and was great because they gave me a choice of what car I needed.

Bought new Tacoma and Grand Highlander, on 8 October 25, entire staff made this a very pleasant experience (no one was pushy). Special shout out to salesman, Mike, who was extremely knowledgeable on both vehicles and suspect on every Toyota make; he left no questions go unanswered. The F&I representative, JR, also receives a special attention, very knowledgeable but without any sales gimmicks, ie, got to point and walked through every detail on credit. Last, we also enjoyed speaking with Sales manager very nice, supportive, and helpful.

In a market full of dealer games, Miller kept it clean and straightforward. The price they gave me was exactly what I paid—no hidden surprises. I was shopping for a very popular vehicle and dealers were asking for non-refundable deposits, forcing dealer add-ons, or tying the price to dealer financing. Miller Toyota did none of that. My first encounter with sales was Mike, who was knowledgeable, and easygoing. He found an incoming vehicle that was exactly the trim, options, and color I wanted. But I walked when met with an issue that I thought would result in hidden fees. Late that afternoon, Jeremy, the manager, actually called me (on a Sunday) asking me to reconsider. He didn’t have to—these vehicles are in crazy high demand. — and assured me the process would be smooth and without extra fees. I’ll update this review once the title/tag process is wrapped up. Jeremy quoted a price, held the vehicle without a deposit, and honored the quoted price. Finance was the same way. I did not finance through Toyota, and there was absolutely no upsell pressure, just handled business and got it done. Couldn't be happier and will recommend them to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase.

Just purchased a 2025 Toyota 4Runner from Salesman Sam Lee, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say! I’ve never met anyone so helpful and knowledgeable. He was straightforward with everything and made the process seamless. He followed up with emails on instructions to switch over XM and has been I contact since the purchase to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Truly the Best car buying experience ever! Everyone at this dealership was amazing as well. No headache and no games! This is the place to buy your vehicle! Thank you Sam for all your help!

Danny Ulloa, a Sales and Leasing Consultant, along with Sam Smith, the Finance Sales Manager, completely changed my perception of "used car salesmen"—haha. They are two of the most professional, easy-going, and caring people you could meet. They worked with me and my wife late one evening, just before closing, when we stopped by on a whim. There was no sales pitch—just a friendly conversation. By the end, they not only secured an excellent after-hours loan rate that surpassed my bank's, but also offered more than I expected on my trade-in. Danny went above and beyond; he even drove the car I was purchasing off the lot to fill it with gas and, while I was in the finance office, moved all my belongings from my old vehicle to the new one! Though he probably did that because we were the last customers of the day, it shows that Danny genuinely cares about customers beyond just the bottom line. With many dealerships being acquired by large conglomerates, this level of customer service may become rare. Miller's stands out as one of the last to prioritize service over profit. Highly Recommend!

I bought a car in 2019 and have done all service here. All experiences were great. Recently I was unhappy with a part install during my 40k service. Irvin was patient, understanding and remediated the issue in a timely manner. I was annoyed at the potential inconvenience but Miller Toyota handled it with my best interest and I am extremely pleased with them. It's wonderful to know I can trust them.

I’m really impressed with the service at Miller Toyota, especially with one of their mechanics, Cruise. He’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was going to do with my 2012 Camry. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. My car was returned to me clean and running perfectly! Totally impressed. I’m diligent about keeping up with my maintenance and Miller Toyota is the only place I trust to take care of my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I took my 2023 Toyota here for maintenance. I prefer their facility compare to the one in Arlington. Their facility is clean and spacious and I have never had any problem scheduling. The people at service reception were polite and kind. Marcel was honest in reminding me that I have a Toyota Care Plus for couple more years. When I brought my car here last year, the gentleman who processed my service was kind enough to let me use their shuttle and gave me a ride home. But this time I asked for shuttle service and Marcel said they only provide one when it is less than 6 miles and it is $15 to rent a car. But I ended up getting an uber instead. When I checked google maps, it turns out I am only 5.4 miles. I wished he checked my address or where I am heading. But I will tell them next time. I just wish that any car service facility offer shuttle services especially to repeat customers for loyalty.

I brought my car in for service on Wednesday, and unfortunately, during the visit, about $1500 worth of damage was done to the side panels. While that could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, what followed is the reason I’m giving Miller Toyota a five-star review. Mark Taylor, the Service Manager, stepped in immediately and took full ownership of the issue. By Thursday, he had already ordered the replacement panels, and by Friday, they were installed—personally handled by Mark himself. I didn’t have to argue, negotiate, or chase anyone down. Mark was honest, proactive, and completely solution-focused from the start. To the management or ownership of Miller Toyota: please recognize Mark Taylor for his outstanding professionalism and dedication to customer service. He turned a bad situation into a great customer experience.

I'm extremely happy with Miller Toyota. I bought a 2025 Tundra from them and I couldn't be happier. They are not pushy like other dealerships. Make sure to see Luis. He is absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the whole process. He walked me through all the features of my truck.

We had a great experience here working with Gary R. He's very knowledgeable about the Toyota Land Cruiser and was able to immediately answer all of the questions we asked. We've had experiences at other dealerships in general where they were not as familiar with the products and had to go "look it up." I recommend working with Gary if you are interested in a Toyota.
