This could not have been a better and easier experience of car buying. I am a first time car buyer and I was expecting a long drawn out experience with haggling but that didn't happen. I was seen my Mir and Linda and they were very nice and understanding about my questions/concerns. I spent maybe 2 hours max with the paperwork being quick and easy. If I ever needed a car from Toyota, I would go back to this dealership.

During my visit on July 28, 2026, Miller Toyota handled my 2023 RAV4 Prime with exceptional professionalism. Even though my appointment was tied to an open corporate case with no clear financial responsibility, they treated me as a valued customer. They synced my TPMS so the tire sensors were communicating with the instrument cluster, accurately assessed my tires, documented cabin damage, attempted to repair broken seat track covers, replaced a dirty filter, and clearly explained each step they took and why. Their transparency and care made me feel respected and safe. Miller Toyota exemplifies true Total Care, and I am grateful for the way they handled my vehicle and my concerns.

Will, Vlad, and Linda were incredible and made our car buying experience quick and easy. They held the vehicle we were interested and evaluated our trade-in fairly (and better than another dealership closer to DC who wouldn’t even look it over before being shady.)

Irwin helped me when my Toyota RAV4 2017 had to re-establish ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assisted Systems) repair and reset. This was, partially covered by Insurance. Irwin did a great job working with the Insurance company resulting in reducing my out of pocket expense. Excellent and timely in communication, and thorough in details, Irwin checked all systems functionality in a test-drive with me after repair completion. Kudos to Irwin for a highly professional job.
